FAQ

1. What is included in the tour?

Our standard tours last 7 hours and include:

  • Professional captain and qualified crew
  • Fuel, VAT, and basic insurance
  • Beach towels, soft drinks, snacks, and snorkeling gear
  • Flexibility to adjust the itinerary (with possible extra charges)

Extra services (e.g., prosecco, birthday cakes, lunch bookings) are available on request and may incur additional charges.

2. What is included in the transfer?

  • Professional captain and crew
  • Transport in the shortest time possible, based on weather and distance
  • Fuel and VAT
  • Soft drinks and towels on board

Transfers do not include meals or additional services unless explicitly agreed upon.

3. Are pets allowed?

Yes! Small to medium pets (up to 20 kg, like a Border Collie) are welcome.

  • You must bring a suitable carrier, muzzle, or cage
  • Exotic animals or larger pets must be approved in advance
  • Pets count toward passenger capacity

Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the customer.

4. Can I get a cake, some prosecco, or any other extra on board?

Absolutely. You can request extras like prosecco, cakes, or special decorations. Let us know in advance and we’ll send you options and pricing. Some extras may be added even after booking.

5. How many people can be on the same boat?

  • Comfort 38/40ft: 8 guests (or 6 guests + 6 pieces of luggage)
  • Prestige 45/50ft: 12 guests (or 10 guests + 10 bags)

Exceptions may be granted with prior notice.

6. How can we plan our lunch?

We can help you book a seaside restaurant and adjust the route accordingly. Let us know in advance your preferences and dietary needs. Lunch is not included in the tour price.

7. Where can we have lunch?

Here are some of our recommended seaside restaurants, accessible by boat:

  • Capri:
    • La Canzone del Mare – Marina Piccola
    • Il Riccio – Near the Blue Grotto, Michelin-starred
    • La Fontelina – Opposite the Faraglioni
    • Luigi ai Faraglioni – Iconic spot with views of the cliffs
  • Amalfi Coast (Nerano):
    • Torre Saracena – Classic Nerano cuisine
    • La Conca del Sogno – Beach club and seafood dishes
    • Lo Scoglio da Tommaso – Famous for pasta alla Nerano
    • Il Cantuccio – Family-run with fresh local produce
  • Ischia:
    • Giardino Eden – Near Aragonese Castle, fine dining by the sea
    • Ristorante Guarracino – Local seafood specialties with a view
  • Napoli:
    • Cicciotto – Informal and authentic with a rustic feel

8. How long is my tour / transfer?

Tours: Standard duration is 7 hours from boarding
Transfers: Duration varies depending on distance and weather, but they are carried out as quickly and safely as possible.

9. Does the staff speak English?

Yes. Our staff speaks English and Italian, and French or Spanish can be made available upon request.

10. Who can I contact if I have any problems?
